Pamela Erdman is a Business Development Executive in Cisco’s Global Partner Organization, Industries and Digital Transformation Solutions team. She leads the partner Go-to-Market strategy for Digital Transformation in addition to the Financial Sector. In prior roles at Cisco she has lead the global relationship with IBM in the Financial Services Industry, and the global relationship with Computer Associates.
Pamela has over 20+ years of Business Development/Sales/Strategic Alliance and Channels Leadership experience across the Financial Sector, Health Care, High Tech, Service Provider, Travel and Manufacturing industries. She has lead Strategic Alliances/Channels for a variety of technology companies such as Genuity (the Internet arm of GTE), Worldspan ( a leading travel industry technology provider), S1 Corporation, the leader in Financial Services front office optimization Software and now at Cisco Systems. In addition, Pamela has “seen the other side” and has vast experience in “direct sales” as well, where she was the VP of Sales for a number of organizational development consulting firms focused on quality/process improvement and customer service.
Pamela’s career also includes executive coaching, leadership and management development, sales training as well as team building and strategic planning.
She has a BA in Psychology and a MA in Industrial and Labor Relations. She is a board member of the SE Chapter of the American Society of Alliance Professionals as well as a member of the Technology Association of Georgia and Women in Technology.
Pamela is married with 3 children and lives in Atlanta, GA, where she “gives back” through Vision Atlanta/Camp Grace and The Atlanta Dream Center, both for underprivileged and at risk youth. She loves to snow and water ski, scuba dive and work out when she is not traveling for Cisco.
